A. Meet Me¡GTFN MeetMe Service, no need to book, allows up to 50 lines at one conference call,
Once you registered TFN MeetMe Account, as a chairperson, you will receive two personal pass codes that will never change:

  1. Chairperson Passcode: It is your key to the conference. A conference will only begin when both Chairperson passcode and participant passcode are entered.(Chairperson pass code should be kept secure at all times)
  2. Participant Passcode: It is used for participants to join the conference; you can publish it to all.

B. Hold a Conference:
Agree a date and start time with your participants and advise them of your TFN MeetMe telephone number and Participant Pass code (Please refer to meeting invitation)

D. How to join the conference:

  1. At the time of call, dial in TFN MeetMe telephone number and enter your pass code, once finished, record your name.
  2. Listen to music while waiting for meeting to start.
  3. During the conference, if you need to mute/un-mute your line, please press *6.
